Nike Free Trainer 7 While running my thoughts tend to go in all sorts of directions. From what to eat, to my job, and of course to husband and kids, my mind is constantly going. I wish running would clear my mind Nike Free Trainer 7 runningfast101.org/nike-free-trainer-7/ as it does some people's but unfortunately it doesn't. The other day while I was thinking about thinking, I realized there are just some things that don't occur to me when I'm out exercising.I'm Sexy and I Know ItSaid no runner ever! The end goal of exercising may be to have the perfect beach body but no one looks good while actually running. I'm not talking about those women who show up to work out in full face gear, lipstick and everything. You know the type I'm talking about. I don't care how cute the matching shorts, shirt, and sports bra are. At the Nike Free Trainer 7 end of the run the outfit will be drenched with sweat if you are doing it right. You may ask how I can say this. Let me tell you after running my first half-marathon I wanted to buy a picture to commemorate the momentous occasion, until I saw the picture. There I was mouth half open gasping for breath, sweat dripping out of every pore of my body, and hair all out of sorts. In our minds we probably all look like running goddesses but the reality is if someone told you you looked good running, they lied! As for all the honks you may receive think of it as motivation to keep going not as a true indicator that you are looking good.Yes, More Roadkill!Maybe it's the area I run in but there always seems to be roadkill on the sidewalk during every run. I even start out my route next to the skull of a bird with his feathers still attached to his body. He is definitely more consistent than any other running partner I have had and he is always there come rain, shine, or sickness. I know runners do not look forward to having to run by the rotting remains of armadillo or raccoon every run. The animals smell and are usually crawling with nasty bugs. I will say that when the Nike Free Trainer 7 www.wikihow.com/Clean-Nike-Sneakers vultures are present it does motivate me to pick up speed and hurry past. I know I look like death warmed over and I am always scared they will think I'm their next meal. No one wants to see the remains of these poor animals.Let's Keep GoingI know there are the few exceptions to this rule, people who really do enjoy the actual run and decide after awhile, I think I'm just going to keep going. For the rest of us, the minute we start our run is the minute we are ready to be finished. We begin with the end already in sight. Runners look for landmarks and familiar sights to track how much further they have to go and once they are finished there is no going back and doing more. Nothing feels better than finally being done.No Water For Me, Thanks! My thoughts are contantly consumed by when I can stop and get my next drink. If I'm carrying water with me, I am rationing it and trying not to drink too much and end up with a cramp. There has never been a time while out running when my whole body wasn't thirsting for water or Gatorade. When I am done, getting some kind of liquid into my body is my number one priority. That Run Was a Bad IdeaThere are runs which are better than others. Some runs you feel like you are flying and everything is going great. Then there are other times where you know from the beginning it just isn't your day. Your stomach hurts, you're sore from a previous work-out, or you just can't seem to find a good rhythm. At the end of the day, no matter how bad the run was, you still feel like you accomplished something and it feels good to get off the couch and just go and do it. I love the natural high you get when you finally stop and all the endorphins kick in. It is always a good feeling knowing you didn't let the voice that says, "wait until tomorrow" win.No matter what your thoughts are, running is a good way to get up and moving. It is good, cheap therapy. So lace up your shoes, turn up the music, and just go! ljzrbw.yolasite.com/
